What is it?

Since becoming a soul-led entrepreneur, one thing has become clear: I want to follow the natural flow of my energy & self expression. I always pay attention to how I enjoy expressing myself & what format I find easy to provide my service in. This is what I teach my clients as well.

It doesn’t matter what works for others if it simply doesn’t come to you naturally!

So following my own advice I decided to offer a service in a format I also like to engage with:

Short form voice notes & VIDEOS that can be consumed on the go.

• Weekly wisdom nuggets, self-inquiry prompts & somatic practices delivered straight to your phone (2-3x teachings each week, max. 10 mins long).

• Talking about all things inner work & self mastery, including: nervous system regulation, the feminine way of being, somatics, embodiment, beliefs & patterns, soul, spiritual laws & how to use all this knowledge while honouring being a human at this time on Earth.

• Somatic, cognitive & heart-based practices to help you in your day-to-day.

• Prompts for self inquiry.

• THIS IS NOT ANOTHER PLACE TO ACCUMULATE CEREBRAL KNOWLEDGE. This is a LIVE, ENERGETIC container with the purpose of putting what you learn into practice.
